Calling on all Westchester teens! The non-profit organization Program Reach, with the support of County Executive Astorino, is challenging Westchester’s youth to participate in the 2015 Best Date in Westchester Contest. This contest asks teens to submit ideas for dates that are fun, age-appropriate and show respect for their partner. So put down your phones and your ipads and come up with a great date anywhere in Westchester for $50 or less. There are great prizes for the winners, including season passes to Playland.
